The layouts of the Wandervale floor plans are very functional and efficient. They maximise usable space and bear the trademarks of Sim Lian’s thoughtfulness and experience in space planning:

  1. Good size rooms: All the rooms in Wandervale are very reasonably sized. The common bedrooms can easily accommodate queen size beds, and the master bedrooms are very generously sized for king size beds with extra space. (This is not as common as one would expect; among the few others that do offer such sizes are LIV at MB, MeyerHouse, and Parkwood Collection.)
  2. Good living spaces: The same is true of the living and dining areas. There is a clear segregation of the two, with a proper dining space. The living room area is a well-thought out regular shape, comfortably sized to accommodate a fair bit of seating space and the TV.
  3. Yard Space: A typical trademark of Sim Lian’s projects are their yards – nice and large, with enough space not just for the washer/dryer, but also for laundry. This is available even for their smallest unit type. A very usable area that really caters so well to the typical Singaporean lifestyle.
